"I designed a way to use the decks in a broader workshop centred around co-creating a great place to work. The deck helped us have deeper conversations about what matters to our people, the way they want to work together and the way they want our workplace culture to feel."

Here's everything you need to know to get started with The Emotional Culture Deck.
The (sad) reality
Most organisations and leaders underestimate the influence emotion has on their culture and leadership. But organisations that display empathy function better.
Is crucial to organisational performance. When companies identify the key drivers of their employees not only does engagement increase and morale improve, productivity and employee retention increase. As a result, bottom-line profits go up.
But there is a significant communication, understanding, and empathy gap in many workplaces.
Organisations (and leaders) don’t talk about emotion because it’s difficult and considered soft. Or they don’t know how.
